I used to feel so controlled by food, I thought success was losing weight and looking "skinny" - but in my pursuit of seeking this I ended up feeling ruled by my diet, never feeling happy within my body. constantly comparing myself to other people, and feeling so unfulfilled in life
I wish that all those years ago, I had someone like myself to turn to, to show me that life didn't need to be that away, and help me out. of the dark place I was in with food and exercise
So I became that person because I never want any other woman to feel stuck in that diet and body dissatisfaction cycle
